Katerina Deaver Leaves Downey Brand, Joins Mitchell Chadwick

Roseville, California – Mitchell Chadwick is pleased to announce that Katerina Deaver has left Downey Brand LLP and joined Mitchell Chadwick, LLP in Roseville. Prior to joining Mitchell Chadwick, Katerina practiced land use law at Downey Brand LLP in Sacramento, California, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Morrison C. England, Jr. in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California

Katerina Deaver advises clients on various aspects of land use, energy and environmental law. She has experience in California’s planning and zoning law, National Environmental Quality Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Clean Water Act (CWA), federal and state Endangered Species Acts, and California Surface Mining and Reclamation Act (SMARA). She has performed legal work for commercial and residential developers, renewable and traditional energy projects, mining companies, and municipal entities.
