Mark H. Lerner (Law Clerk)

Mark graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2025. During law school, he served as an editor on Law Review and the Treasurer for the Negotiations Team, tutored for three classes (1L Contracts, 1L Torts, and an undergraduate Water Law course), received Reynoso Academic Achievement awards in Contracts and Corporate Tax, and graduated in the top 15% of his class. Further, Mark received the Business, Pro Bono and Public Interest Law Certificates.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of the Pacific in 2018. Prior to Law School, Mark worked as an Environmental Consultant conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on commercial properties, and as an Environmental Scientist for the California Department of Food and Agriculture Produce Safety Program.
