The White House has released its latest plans for “everything” rulemaking, including energy, development and the environment with nearly every regulatory agency checking in with plans. The White House is calling it the official “2022 Unified Regulatory Agenda”, which according to OMB, “advances the Administration’s ambitious climate and clean energy agenda with ongoing efforts to promote clean air and clean water, improve energy security and efficiency, and help mitigate the dangers of climate change.”

The Unified Regulatory Agenda is a dream for statists and a nightmare for those espousing limited government. To get a sampling of the various agencies priorities and ambitions, feel free to review their own policy statements HERE.
