Ryan E. Donoghue
Associate

Ryan graduated from McGeorge School of Law with a certificate in Water & Environmental Law. While at McGeorge, he clerked for the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) and the Department of Parks and Recreation (State Parks). During law school he was active in the Water Law Society and the Rugby Club. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe.

Ryan previously represented education agencies, joint powers authorities, as well as private entities in a range of transactional and litigation matters—including administrative appeals, real estate acquisitions, environmental due diligence, construction defect claims, contaminated property, and regulatory compliance involving CEQA, CERCLA, and Prop 65.
