Ben graduated from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor college of law with a certificate in Law, Science, and Technology in 2025. During law school he served as an editor for the Law Journal for Social Justice, a legal clinician at the Lisa Foundation Clinic and as a fellow for the McCarthy Institute. He also gained practical experience through positions with The Ideas law firm, Unified Patents and Corporate Visions Inc., a national corporation.

Before pursuing his legal education, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis. As an undergraduate, Ben served as the WCCC champion UC Davis Cycling team’s vice president.
