Brian Samimi (Law Clerk)
Law Clerk

After completing his undergraduate studies, Brian returned to California to serve as a project manager for a developer building housing projects throughout the state, gaining experience working with different local agencies and navigating the bureaucratic process in pursuing density bonuses and various developer incentives. He set his sight on law school knowing he wanted to specialize in the area related to housing development and land use. After completing his first year, he was a Summer Law Clerk at the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) working on eminent domain and inverse condemnations, construction arbitration, and environmental law. Currently a second-year law student, he is involved in the Environmental Law and Policy Journal.

In his free time, Brian is an avid sports fan, and particularly enjoys skiing and golf recreationally. He is also a private aircraft pilot which allows him to pursue his passion of travelling and exploring the remarkable nature and geography California has to offer.
