Conor V. O’Brien
Associate

Conor graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2023. During law school, Conor served as a summer law clerk with the California Department of Water Resources, and as a summer legal intern with the California State Water Resources Control Board, Office of Enforcement. As a law student, he also worked as a part-time seasonal law clerk with two Sacramento-based law firms. Conor also served as Co-Chair for the 2022 California Water Law Symposium, a student-led collaborative event that promotes awareness and engagement regarding water-related legal and policy topics. Before law school, Conor was appointed by Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. to serve as Special Assistant for Policy at the California Department of Food & Agriculture in 2014. Prior to joining Mitchell Chadwick, Conor was an associate attorney at a law firm in Bakersfield, California.
